Amendments made: No. 48, in page 62, line 42, at end insert— (In making the rules the Lord Chancellor shall, in particular, have regard to the need to secure—

  1. (a) that decisions which are the subject of appeals are properly reviewed, and
  2. (b) that information is not disclosed contrary to the public interest.'.
