No. 127, in page 30, line 7, at end insert— '( ) Before making an order under this section so far as it relates to police authorities in Wales, the Secretary of State must consult—

  1. (a) such representatives of police authorities in Wales as he considers appropriate,
  2. (b) the Commission for Local Administration in Wales, and
  3. (c) the National Assembly for Wales.'.
