Ordered, That, at the sitting on Thursday 3rd February, not withstanding Standing Order No. 16 (Proceedings under an Act or on European Union documents), the Speaker shall—

  1. (i) put the Questions on any Motions in the name of Mr. Secretary Straw relating to Police Grant Reports (England and Wales) not later than Four o'clock; and
  2. (ii) put the Questions on any Motions in the name of Mr. Secretary Prescott relating to Local Government (Finance) not later than Seven o'clock.—[Mr. Jamieson.]
