Queen's recommendation having been signified—

Motion made, and Question put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 52(1)(a), That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Bill, it is expedient to authorize—

  1. (1) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of—
    1. (a) any expenditure incurred by the Secretary of State for or in connection with the carrying out of his functions under the Act; and
    2. (b) any increase attributable to the Act in the sums which are payable out of money so provided under any other Act; and
  2. (2) the payment of sums into the Consolidated Fund.—[Mr. Allen.]
