Motion made, and Question put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 52(1)(a), That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Postal Services Bill, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (1) the inclusion in licences granted under the Act of provisions requiring payments to be made;
  2. (2) payments into the Consolidated Fund or the National Loans Fund.—[Mr. Clelland.]
