With this, it will be convenient to discuss Lords amendments Nos. 240 to 267, 273 and 274.

Mr. Hill

This group of amendments provides further safeguards for the interests of holders of, and applicants for, London service permits. They respond to concerns raised in this House at Committee stage.

The amendments also make improvements to consultation procedures for both London bus network services and London permit services.
