§ No. 64, in page 46, line 29, at end insert—
§ '(8A) In subsection (8) above "the relevant time" means—
- (a) where the pensioner became entitled to a widowed parent's allowance in consequence of the death of the spouse, the time when the pensioner's entitlement to that allowance ended; and
- (b) otherwise, the time of the spouse's death.'.
