Amendment made: No. 51, in page 74, line 27, at end insert— '( ) Subsection (1) does not apply to section 65, of which—

  1. (a) subsections (1) and (3) to (6) come into force on the day on which this Act is passed,
  2. (b) subsection (2) comes into force on 1st July 1999 or, if later, the day on which this Act is passed.'.—[Mr. Denham.]
