§ [MADAM SPEAKER in the Chair]
§ Mr. Tom King (Bridgwater)On a point of order, Madam Speaker. The Prime Minister is to make an extremely important statement at 3.30 pm. I have sought to get a copy of the proposals which I understand were published in Belfast. I have asked the Vote Office, which has no copy but expects one shortly. There was said to be a copy in the Library. In fact, there is not a copy in the Library, and that makes it extremely difficult for right hon. and hon. Members to respond. May I ask for your good offices, Madam Speaker? I have General de Chastelain's report, which is now available, but we do not have a copy of what, apparently, was agreed.
§ Madam SpeakerI understand that a copy will be made available in about half an hour. That should give Members ample time to get it before the Prime Minister speaks on it.
