Declares that a government inquiry in 1993 concluded that a bypass on the Outer Northern Route was the most suitable solution to the traffic situation in Wing.The Petitioners therefore request that the House of Commons urge the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions to order study work to commence for such a bypass and to inform the Petitioners of when such a bypass will be constructed.To lie upon the Table.
