§ Madam SpeakerIf the House will bear with me, I have a short statement to make. As a consequence of the decision that the House will meet at 11.30 am on Thursdays, deadlines for giving notice of business need to be changed. This relates to the time for submitting applications for private notice questions and for giving notice of presentation of public petitions. I have determined that, for the remainder of this Session, notices of private notice questions and the presentation of public petitions must be given by 10.30 on Thursday morning. Standing Order No. 24 applications also must be made by 10.30 am, as set out in the Sessional Orders that relate to Thursday morning sittings.
