WELFARE REFORM AND PENSIONS BILL [WAYS AND MEANS]

Motion made, and Question put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 52(1)(a), That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Welfare Reform and Pensions Bill, it is expedient to authorise—

1. (a) payments out of the National Insurance Fund into the Consolidated Fund in respect of expenditure incurred by the Secretary of State under the Act;
2. (b) any increase attributable to the Act in the sums which under any other Act are payable into the Consolidated Fund.—[Mr. Allen.]
