On a point of order, Madam Speaker. We have always been particularly careful that there should not be insult, intended or unintended, to individuals outside the House. I do not think that the Prime Minister meant it this way, but will he reflect on what he said about John Simpson and, for that matter, by implication, the other correspondents in Belgrade—
