Amendments made: No. 258, in page 44, line 18, at end insert— `( ) An Order in Council made under section 29—

  1. (a) may modify any enactment, prerogative instrument or other document and any provision made by or under this Act, and
  2. (b) in relation to any matter which by virtue of the Order becomes a reserved matter, may provide for any Act of the Scottish Parliament or subordinate legislation made, confirmed or approved by a member of the Scottish Executive to continue to have effect despite the Order'.
