I beg to move amendment No. 54, in page 40, line 8, leave out from 'whole,' to end of line 14 and insert 'stamp duty levied in Northern Ireland before the appointed day and taxes substantially of the same character as that duty'. This is a simple, technical amendment, and I ask the House to accept it
