and insert—
'(4A) In paragraph 8(1) of Schedule 28B to that Act (requirement as to capital of the relevant company), for "£10 million" and "£11 million" there shall be substituted, respectively, "£15 million" and "£16 million".
(5) Subsections (1) to (4) above'.
