That, notwithstanding Standing Order No. 16 (Proceedings under an Act or on European Community documents), the Speaker shall—
- (1) at the sitting on Wednesday 11th February put the Questions on any Motions in the name of Mr. Secretary Davies relating to Local Government Finance (Wales) not later than Seven o'clock;
- (2) at the sitting on Wednesday 18th February put the Questions on any Motions in the name of Secretary Harriet Harman relating to Social Security and Pensions not later than Ten o'clock; and
- (3) at the sitting on Thursday 19th February put the Questions on any Motions in the name of Mr. Secretary Dewar relating to Local Government Finance (Scotland) and Housing (Scotland) not later than Seven o'clock.—[Mr. Dowd.]
