Queen's recommendation having been signified—

Motion made, and Question put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 52(1)(a), That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Road Traffic (NHS Charges) Bill, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of money provided by Parliament of—

  1. (a) fees and allowances to members of any appeal tribunal established by regulations made under the Act;
  2. (b) any other expenditure incurred by the Secretary of State in consequence of the Act; and
  3. (c) any increase attributable to the Act in the sums so payable by virtue of any other Act.—[Mr. Dowd.]
