Motion made, and Question put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 52(1)(a),

That any Act resulting from the Data Protection Bill [Lords] may—

  1. (a) require the payment of fees in connection with notification by, and the renewal of registration of, data controllers under the Act; and
  2. (b) provide for the payment of those fees and other sums into the Consolidated Fund.—[Mr. Jon Owen Jones.]
