Queen's recommendation having been signified—

Motion made, and Question put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 50A(1)(a), That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Welsh Development Agency Bill, it is expedient to authorize—

  1. (a) any increase in the sums payable out of money provided by Parliament or out of the National Loans Fund or charged on and issued out of the Consolidated Fund; and
  2. (b) any increase in the sums payable into either of those Funds,
which is attributable to provisions of the Act increasing to £1,350 million, with power to increase further by order, the limit in section 18(3) of the Welsh Development Agency Act 1975.—[Mr. Anthony Coombs.] Question agreed to.
