§ 8. The following business shall not be interrupted under any Standing Order relating to the sittings of the House and may be decided, though opposed, at any hour— 458
- (a)proceedings under paragraph 5(1);
- (b)proceedings to which paragraph 5(2) or (3) applies;
- (c)proceedings under paragraph 10(1).
