Queen's recommendation having been signified—

Motion made, and Question put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 50A(1)(a),

That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Education Bill, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of money provided by Parliament of—

  1. (a) any sums required by the Secretary of State for the payment of grants under the Act;
  2. (b) any administrative expenses incurred by the Secretary of State in consequence of the Act; and
  3. (c) any increase attributable to the Act in the sums so payable under any other Act.—[Mr. Anthony Coombs.]
