Queen's recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Armed Forces Bill, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of money provided by Parliament of any sums required by the Secretary of State for making grants towards expenditure in connection with the repair or maintenance of—

  1. (a) the land and buildings on the site known as the Royal Naval College; or
  2. (b) any object of historical interest situated on that land or in those buildings.—[Mr. Soames.]
