Resolved, That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, That she will be graciously pleased to give directions that there be laid before this House a Return of the Appendices to the Report of an Inquiry by The Right Honourable Sir Richard Scott into the Export of Defence Equipment and Dual-Use Goods to Iraq and Related Prosecutions, which was laid before the House on 15th February.—[Mr. Nelson.]
