Queen's recommendation having been signified—

Motion made, and Question put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 50A(1)(a),

That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Damages Bill [Lords], it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (a) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of any expenditure attributable to the Act incurred by a Minister of the Crown, and
  2. (b) the payment of any sums into the Consolidated Fund.—[Mr. Wells.]
