Motion made, and Question put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 94H(1) (Scottish Grand Committee (Sittings)), That—

  1. (1) in respect of the meeting of the Scottish Grand Committee in the Highland Regional Council Buildings, Inverness, on Monday 5th February, the Order of the House [11th December] shall have effect with the substitution of the words 'half-past Eleven o'clock' for the words 'half-past Ten o'clock' and the Chairman shall interrupt the proceedings at Two o'clock, and—
  2. (2) the Chairman shall interrupt the proceedings at One o'clock at the subsequent meetings of the Scottish Grand Committee specified in paragraphs 4 to 12 of the said Order.—[Mr. Streeter.]
