Ordered, That, at the sitting on Wednesday 28th February, the Speaker shall, notwithstanding Standing Order No. 14B (Proceedings under an Act or on European Community Documents), put the Questions on the Motions in the name of Mr. Secretary Forsyth—

  1. (i) relating to Local Government Finance (Scotland) not later than Seven o'clock, and
  2. (ii) relating to Housing (Scotland) not later than one and a half hours after the commencement of proceedings on the first such Motion.—[Mr. Brandreth.]
