'Functions of Commission in relation to audit of accounts of registered social landlords

1. 28D.—(1) The Commission may provide the Corporation with consultancy services relating to the audit of accounts of registered social landlords.
2. (2) The Commission may recover from the Corporation such costs incurred in providing the services as may be agreed by the Corporation.
