The House will wish to have notice at the earliest possible opportunity that, in view of recent developments and of the Prime Minister's failure to answer questions today, the Opposition have decided to change the subject for the half-day Opposition debate on Thursday this week, and that we will now initiate a debate on the responsibilities of the Home Secretary for the prison service.
