§ Madam SpeakerI have to report that the House attended Her Majesty on Friday last in Westminster Hall with an Address, in reply to which Her Majesty was pleased to make a most Gracious Speech. I would cause my words in presenting the Address and Her Majesty's reply to be entered upon the Journals of this House.
