I should like to say a few words on the Bill because obviously Northern Ireland is an important part of the United Kingdom. [HON. MEMBERS: "Shame on you."] The House should have rather more time to discuss this matter. [HON. MEMBERS: "This is disgraceful."] I do not think that it is right that a Bill of this nature which, after all, will have a significant affect—
