Ordered, That the Speaker shall—

  1. (1) at the sitting on Thursday 8th June
    1. (a) not later than one and a half hours after their commencement, put the Questions necessary to dispose of proceedings on the Motion in the name of Mr. Robert Jackson relating to Disclosure of Select Committee Papers, &c.;
    2. (b) not later than one and a half hours after the first such Motion has been made, put the Questions on the Motions in the name of Mr. Secretary Hurd relating to the draft European Communities (Definition of Treaties) (Partnership and Co-operation Agreement between the European Communities and their Member States and the Russian Federation) and (Ukraine) Orders 1995; and
  2. (2) at the sitting on Monday 12th June, not later than three hours after it has been made, put the Question on the Motion in the name of Secretary Sir Patrick Mayhew relating to the draft Northern Ireland (Emergency and Prevention of Terrorism Provisions) (Continuance) Order 1995;
and the said Motions may be entered upon and proceeded with, though opposed, after Ten o'clock.—[Mr. Burns.]
