Ordered, That the Speaker shall put the Questions on the Motions in the names of:

  1. (1) Mr. Tony Blair relating to the Social Security (Income Support and Claims and Payments) and Housing Benefit (General) Amendment Regulations 1995 not later than one and a half hours after the first such Motion has been made;
  2. (2) Mr. Douglas Hogg relating to the Fishing Vessels (Safety Improvements) (Grants) and (Decommissioning) Schemes 1995 not later than one and a half hours after the first such Motion has been made; and
  3. (3) Secretary Sir Patrick Mayhew relating to the draft Appropriation (No. 2) Northern Ireland Order 1995 not later than three hours after it has been made;
and the above Motions may be entered upon and proceeded with, though opposed, after Ten o'clock.—[Mr. Wood.]
