Ordered, That, during the proceedings on the Matter of the Welsh economy, the Welsh Grand Committee have leave to sit twice on the first day on which it shall meet, and that, notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order No. 88 (Meetings of Standing Committees), the first such sitting shall not commence before Eleven o'clock and the second such sitting shall not commence before half-past Two o'clock and neither sitting shall continue after the Committee has considered the Matter for two hours at the sitting.

Ordered, That, in the course of its consideration of the Matter of the Welsh economy, the Welsh Grand Committee may meet in Cardiff on Monday 30th January at Eleven o'clock.—[Mr. Willetts.]
