Queen's recommendation having been signified—

Motion made, and Question put forthwith, pursuant to Order [19 December], That for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Town and Country Planning (Costs of Inquiries etc.) Bill it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (a) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of—
    1. (i) any administrative expenses incurred by a Minister of the Crown in consequence of the Act; and
    2. (ii) any increase attributable to the Act in the sums payable out of money so provided under any other Act; and
  2. (b) the making of payments into the Consolidated Fund.— [Mr. Burns.]
