Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Activity Centres (Young Persons' Safety) Bill, it is expedient to authorize—

  1. (a) the charging by the licensing authority of fees under regulations made under the Act; and
  2. (b) the payment of sums into the Consolidated Fund.—[Mr. Bates.]
