§ Mr. Simon Hughes (Southwark and Bermondsey)On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker. During the course of the London health service debate the hon. Member for Hammersmith (Mr. Soley) intervened on my speech to remark that the hon. Member for Leyton (Mr. Cohen) did many services to the House. It should be placed on record that no hon. Member has previously moved so many Bills in such a short time, on behalf of so many other hon. Members, and that we pay tribute to the hon. Member for Leyton.
