Ordered,

That—

  1. (1) at the sitting on Thursday 19th May, notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order No. 14 (Exempted business), the Speaker shall—
    1. (a) put the Question on the Motion in the name of Mr. Secretary Heseltine relating to the draft Coal Industry (Restructuring Grants) Order 1994 not later than one and a half hours after it has been made;
    2. (b) put the Question on the Motion in the name of Sir John Cope relating to the Value Added Tax (Education) Order 1994 not later than one and a half hours after it has been made; and
    3. (c) put the Questions on the Motions in the name of Mr. Secretary MacGregor relating to the draft Railways Pension Scheme Order 1994 and the draft Railway Pensions (Protection and Designation of Schemes) Order 1994 not later than Ten o'clock;
  2. (2) at the sitting on Monday 23rd May, the Speaker shall put the Questions necessary to dispose of proceedings on the Third Reading of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Bill not later than Seven o'clock.—[Mr. Andrew Mitchell.]
