Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purpose of any Act resulting from the Merchant Shipping (Salvage and Pollution) Bill, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of money provided by Parliament of—

  1. (a) any expenses incurred by the Secretary of Stale under that Act; and
  2. (b) any increase attributable to that Act in the sums payable out of money so provided under any other Act.—[Mr. Patnick.]
