Motion made, and Question put, That as respects any time after 31st December 1994 the Resolution of the House (hydrocarbon oil (rates)) of 6th December shall have effect with the substitution for £0.3526 and £0.3044 of £0.3614 and £0.3132 respectively. And it is hereby declared that it is expedient in the public interest that this Resolution should have statutory effect under the provisions of the Provisional Collection of Taxes Act 1968.
