§ That this House takes note of European Community Document No. 11096/92, relating to the efficiency and safety of nuclear power stations in certain non-member countries; and agrees that it would be wholly appropriate to amend Decision 77/270/Euratom to authorise the commission to contract Eurotom borrowings in order to contribute to the financing required for improving the degree of efficiency and safety of nuclear power stations in certain non-member countries.—[Mr. Robert G.
