§ That this House takes note of European Community Document No. 4213/93, relating to concentration in the media; welcomes the Commission's intention to have a full and open consultation on this issue; and requests the 130 Government to respond to the document in a way which takes full account of the principle of subsidiarity, having also taken full account of the views expressed in European Standing Committee B on 12th May.—[Mr. Lightbown.]
