§ Mr. Peter Hain (Neath)I wish to present a petition, signed by 20,000 people, on behalf of my constituent, Mr.Alan Clark, of the group Puppywatch, which strongly objects
to the sale of puppies and other live animals through dealers, agents and third parties such as pet shops and other retail outlets.Wherefore your petitioners pray that your honourable House notes these objections and brings forward measures to prevent such sales.
