Amendment made: No. 139, in page 182, line 35, leave out from 'after' to end of line 40 and insert—

  1. '(i) a request under this paragraph,
  2. (ii) the service of a copy of the statement under paragraph 6 above,
  3. (iii) if the statement has been amended, the date when notice of the amendment is given under paragraph 10(3)(b) below, or
  4. (iv) if the parent has appealed to the Tribunal under section 157 of this Act or this paragraph, the date when the appeal is concluded,
