I beg to move amendment No. 44, in page 25, line 3, leave out 'brought' and insert 'commenced'.

I shall be equally brief. These are technical amendments. They do not alter the substance of part III. The purpose of substituting the word "commenced" for the word "brought" is to make the provisions compatible with Scottish criminal law.
