§ '(3) Where information specified under sub-paragraph (1) above identifies a person as a purchaser of milk from the board, the scheme must provide for the information to be disclosed only with his written consent.'.
§ Mr. JackThe Bill covers the possibility that a reorganisation scheme might contain provision for a board to pass information to a successor organisation. I do not envisage that Ministers would approve the passing of commercially sensitive information to a trading successor body. I am, however, aware of the concern of the dairy trade that the safeguards in this respect should be as watertight as possible. The amendment responds to its concern by making it necessary for a board to obtain a purchaser's written consent in the relevant circumstances.
§ Amendment agreed to.
