I beg to move amendment No. 14, in page 76, line 36, at end insert 'and accordingly, in subsection (4) of that section for "subsection (5)" there shall be substituted "subsections (5) and (5A)".' This is a minor drafting amendment to insert a missing cross reference in the amendment made by clause 107 to section 509C of the Taxes Act 1988.
