§ Mr. Win Griffiths (Bridgend)On a point of order, Madam Speaker. I seek your advice about a notice that appeared on a notice board in a resettlement unit at Stormy Down in my constituency. § Madam SpeakerOrder. I hesitate to interrupt the hon. Gentleman, and I do so only because he alleges contempt. 768 If there is any question of contempt, he must not continue with the point he is making. It is a serious matter. He must put it in writing to me today without delay. I must ask him to do that, now that he has raised the issue.
