Amendments made: No. 58, in page 6, line 29, at end insert— '() The duty of confidentiality as respects the register is incorporated in the scrutineer's appointment.'.

No. 9 in page 8, line 8, at end insert— '(4A) No voting paper which is sent to a person for voting shall have enclosed with any other document except

  1. (a) the notice which, under section 99(1) is to accompany the voting paper,
  2. (b) an addressed envelope, and
  3. (c) a document containing instructions for the return of the voting paper, without any other statement.'
