§ Resolved,
§
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session relating to finance, it is expedient to authorise—
(a) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of sums payable by virtue of any provision of that Act enabling provision to be made under section 128 of the Finance Act 1990 about the repayment of fees for nominations relating to vehicle registration marks;
(b) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of any increase in the sums payable out of such money which is attributable to any provision of that Act conferring jurisdiction on tribunals.
§ Bill ordered to be brought in upon the foregoing resolutions: And that the Chairman of Ways and Means, Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Secretary Howard, Mr. Secretary Heseltine, Mr. Secretary MacGregor, Mr. Secretary Hunt, Mr. Secretary Lilley, Mr. Secretary Patten, Mr. Michael Portillo, Sir John Cope, Mr. Anthony Nelson and Mr. Stephen Dorrell do prepare and bring it in.
